Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside.
Shipping is a flat €25 per order to every destination. Some discount codes include free shipping.
During our Autumn Stacks offer (until 8 November 2026), shipping is free on orders of €600 or more after any discount.
Delivery time. Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 4–7 days. Dispatch happens once your payment has been confirmed, which can take from a few minutes to a few hours depending on the currency used.
Confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is confirmed. Contact us if your order has not arrived within 14 days of confirmed payment.
Address accuracy. We dispatch to the address given at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched, and we cannot refund orders lost because of an incorrect address.
Returns
Our products are sealed laboratory materials. Once the seal has been broken their integrity can no longer be verified. We do not accept returns, and nothing should be sent back to us.
If something is wrong with your order
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- the parcel arrived damaged,
- an item arrived broken or with a compromised seal,
- you received the wrong product or the wrong strength, or
- an item was missing from your order.
Email info.novaresearchpept@proton.me with your order number and photographs showing the problem, including the outer packaging, and we will look into it. Nothing should be sent back to us.
