1. Who we are
Nova Peptides
In these terms "we", "us" and "Nova Peptides" refer to the seller, and "you" refers to the customer placing an order.

2. Who may order
By placing an order you confirm that:
- you are 21 years of age or over,
- the products will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research,
- the products will be handled by suitably qualified personnel in an appropriate facility, and
- you are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you regarding the possession, handling and use of the products.
3. The products
All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not medicinal products, are not approved by any medicines agency, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, or for diagnostic, therapeutic or cosmetic use.
We make no claim, express or implied, about any physiological effect of any product. Nothing on this website constitutes medical, scientific or regulatory advice.
Our peptides are supplied lyophilised in sealed vials, in boxes of ten vials of the same strength.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and the payment has been confirmed. We may decline any order, in whole or in part, without giving a reason, and will refund any payment received for a declined order.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Amounts shown in any other currency are approximate conversions, for information only; your order total is always in euros. Prices for peptides cover the full box. Other products are priced per unit as shown. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €25 per order to all destinations, unless a discount code includes free shipping.
During our Autumn Stacks offer (until 8 November 2026), shipping is free on orders of €600 or more after any discount.
Payment is made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, NOWPayments. If you pay by card, you buy the cryptocurrency with your card in an app of your choice, under that app's own terms, and send it to us; see How to pay. We never receive or store card details. The amount payable in the chosen cryptocurrency is calculated from the exchange rate when your payment is created and is recalculated if the rate moves while the payment is open; the amount shown on your order page when you send is the amount payable, and at least that amount must reach us. Fees are extra. We are not responsible for losses arising from exchange rate movement, network fees, fees charged by the app you pay through, or payments sent to an expired or incorrect address.
If an underpayment is received the order will not be dispatched until the balance is settled. Overpayments are refunded on request.
6. Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs handling. Most orders arrive within 4–7 days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and customs handling can add time.
Risk passes to you on delivery to the address given at checkout. Title passes on full payment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. We cannot redirect an order after dispatch.
Customs and import charges. You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and handling charges raised in the destination country, and for checking your own country's import rules before ordering. These charges are not included in the price or the shipping fee, and we cannot calculate or prepay them. Where an order is held, delayed, seized or refused entry by customs, we are not obliged to refund or replace it.
7. Returns
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence, and we will look into it. We do not accept returns.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from research use of the products.
We accept no liability whatsoever for any use of the products other than in-vitro laboratory research, including any use in or on humans or animals. Such use is a breach of these terms and is entirely at the user's own risk.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying that you may lawfully import, possess and handle the products in your jurisdiction. Import restrictions differ between countries.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time you place an order applies to that order.
